Our organization is an Educational Technology (EdTech) platform that provides professional training, skill development programs, mentorship, project-based learning, certification preparation, and career support services.
The Company is NOT a recruitment agency, placement consultant, manpower supplier, employment vendor, staffing agency, outsourcing company, or job placement company. The primary purpose of the Company is to provide educational and training services to students and professionals.
Students enrolling in any course are required to pay the training fee as specified at the time of admission.
Under our Placement-Linked Fee Model:
50% of the total course fee is payable at the time of enrollment or during the training period.
The remaining 50% of the course fee is payable only after the student secures employment and receives their first salary, subject to the selected program terms.
The fee paid at the time of enrollment is strictly towards training, educational content, mentorship, projects, assessments, and related learning services.
The Company does not charge any separate amount for:
Job referrals
Resume forwarding
Interview scheduling
Employer introductions
Placement opportunities
Career guidance
Job application support
No placement-related fee is collected before a student receives employment and salary.
As a value-added service for enrolled students, the Company may provide:
Resume building assistance
LinkedIn profile optimization
Mock interviews
Technical interview preparation
Soft skills training
Career counseling
Job application guidance
Employer referrals

These services are intended to improve the student's employability and career readiness. Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and shall not be construed as a guarantee of employment.

The final decision regarding hiring, compensation, job role, location, and employment terms rests solely with the recruiting employer.
The student acknowledges and agrees that enrollment in any training program does not create any obligation on the Company to provide or guarantee employment, and no claim shall be made against the Company for non-placement, delayed placement, rejection by employers, or any employment-related outcome.
For students enrolled under the Placement-Linked Fee Model:
The remaining 50% of the course fee shall become payable only after the student obtains employment and receives their first salary.
The student agrees to inform the Company within 7 days of receiving an offer letter, joining employment, or receiving salary.
The Company may request reasonable proof of employment or salary credit for verification purposes.
Failure to disclose employment information may result in suspension of future support services and recovery proceedings for outstanding dues.
If a student does not secure employment after completing the training program, no placement-related fee shall be payable.

No additional amount shall be charged solely because placement assistance was provided.
