This Teacher Code of Conduct is applicable to all trainers, mentors, instructors, guest faculty, placement coordinators, and teaching staff associated with the Company.
All teachers are required to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and integrity while interacting with students, clients, and Company personnel.
Teachers, trainers, mentors, and staff members are strictly prohibited from:
Accepting cash, online payments, gifts, commissions, tips, incentives, or any monetary benefit from students.
Requesting money from students for assignments, projects, certifications, placements, referrals, interviews, or academic support.
Charging students privately for services related to the Company's courses or programs.
Encouraging students to make payments to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, wallets, or third-party accounts.
All student payments must be made only through officially authorized Company payment channels.
Teachers shall maintain complete confidentiality regarding:
Student names and contact details.
Phone numbers and email addresses.
Academic records and performance data.
Placement and employment information.
Company training materials and internal documents.
Business strategies, pricing, operations, and client information.
No teacher shall disclose, share, sell, transfer, copy, or misuse any confidential information without prior written authorization from the Company.
Teachers are strictly prohibited from:
Creating unofficial WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Signal, or other social media groups involving Company students without written approval.
Adding students to personal communities, groups, courses, or businesses.
Promoting personal coaching services, businesses, products, or training programs to Company students.
Conducting unofficial classes, webinars, workshops, or paid sessions using Company students or Company resources.
All student communication must take place through officially approved Company platforms and channels.
Teachers shall not:
Recruit Company students for personal businesses.
Divert students to competing organizations.
Share Company intellectual property with competitors.
Use Company resources for personal financial gain.
Misrepresent themselves as Company owners, directors, or authorized decision-makers.
Teachers are expected to:
Treat students respectfully and professionally.
Maintain appropriate communication at all times.
Provide accurate and ethical guidance.
Follow all Company policies and procedures.
Protect the reputation and goodwill of the Company.
Any harassment, discrimination, abuse, threats, defamation, or misconduct may result in immediate termination and legal action.
All course materials, presentations, videos, documents, recordings, assessments, software, and educational content developed, provided, or used by the Company shall remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Teachers shall not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, publish, or reuse Company content without written authorization.
During engagement with the Company and for a period of 24 months after termination of employment or association, teachers shall not:
Directly or indirectly solicit Company students.
Offer competing courses to Company students.
Attempt to move students to another institution or platform.
Use student information for personal benefit.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination.
Withholding of pending payments where legally permissible.
Recovery of financial losses suffered by the Company.
Civil and criminal proceedings where applicable.
Injunctive relief and legal remedies available under applicable laws.
The teacher acknowledges that unauthorized collection of money from students, misuse of confidential information, diversion of students, disclosure of Company data, creation of unauthorized student groups, intellectual property theft, or any activity causing reputational or financial damage to the Company may result in substantial losses that are difficult to quantify.
Accordingly, in addition to any other legal remedies available under law, the Company reserves the right to seek liquidated damages, compensation, and other legal reliefs ranging from INR 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees) up to INR 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore Rupees), depending upon the nature, severity, impact, and extent of the violation, subject to applicable laws and determination by a competent court, arbitrator, or legal authority.
The Company reserves the right to initiate civil, criminal, and contractual proceedings to recover losses and protect its business interests.
By accepting employment, engagement, consultancy, training, mentorship, or any association with the Company, the teacher acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Teacher Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Policy.
